1. What Data We CollectFollowing the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection," we may collect the following categories of data:
- Personal data: first name, last name, date of birth, citizenship, passport details, residential address, phone number, email address. Documents: scans or photos of passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, income and tax payment certificates, bank statements, powers of attorney, and other necessary documents. Technical information: IP address, device type, browser used, date and time of access. Payment information: only in case of service payment (through secure payment systems, we do not store bank card data).
2. How We Use DataWe use your data for the following purposes:
- Preparation and support of ID card applications; Communication with you to clarify information; Creating records in the House of Justice system (if applicable); Sending notifications and instructions; Maintaining internal reporting and improving service quality; Compliance with legal requirements.
In accordance with the requirements of the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection" as amended on 14.07.2023, to obtain the personal data necessary for the service functions, your consent is requested for the provision and processing of personal data.
3. Data Storage and ProtectionWe store your data in encrypted form and limit access to it only to authorized employees.
- Data is stored for 12 months or until receiving a notification of personal data deletion sent by the User.
- After the storage period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized.
4. Third-Party Data TransferWe do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except for:
- Georgian state authorities — when necessary for submitting applications or providing support under power of attorney;
- Payment systems — when paying for services;
- Contractors providing services to Users within the scope of Service provision in the volumes necessary for service provision and with compliance with protection measures provided by the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection"
- In cases provided by law (upon court, police request, etc.)
5. User RightsYou have the right to:
- Request information about what data we store;
- Demand correction or deletion of your data;
- Withdraw consent for data processing (which may affect the ability to provide the service);
