Service Terms of Use
Effective date: January 1, 2025.

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the User and the Service for assistance in applying for an ID card in Georgia.

By using the Service, you confirm your agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any provisions, please do not use the Service.

1. Services:
1.1. The Service provides information, consulting, and technical services, including:
  • Document preparation;
  • Application support.
1.2. The Service is not a government body, does not make decisions about ID card issuance, and cannot guarantee its receipt.
1.3. In its work, the service is guided by the need to strictly comply with Georgian legislation; client requests that contradict Georgian legislation will not be fulfilled.
1.4 The User accedes to the terms and conditions of this agreement by paying for the Service's services (implied consent). After the payment is made, the User and the Service cooperate under the terms of this agreement.

2. User Obligations
2.1. The User agrees to:
  • Provide accurate information;
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes;
  • Not violate third-party rights.
2.2. The User is solely responsible for:
  • Accuracy of provided data;
  • Timely visits to the House of Justice or other authorized body;
  • Payment of state fees.

3. Payment and Refunds
3.1. Some Service features may be provided for a fee. The cost and description of services are specified separately. The User's completion of forms and transmission of information provided in the forms to the Service constitutes the User's instruction to the Service to perform organizational, technical, and consulting actions within the meaning of Article 709 of the Civil Code of Georgia. The Service has the right to delegate the performance of certain actions to third parties in accordance with Article 711 of the Civil Code of Georgia.
3.2. Payment is made through available payment systems, cash, or other means of payment that the parties may agree upon in advance.
3.3. Refunds are only possible if the service was not provided due to the Service's fault.

4. Liability
4.1. The Service is not responsible for:
  • Refusal to issue an ID card by Georgian authorities;
  • Actions or inaction of government services;
  • Delays caused by technical failures or external circumstances.
4.2. Advice and consultations are informational in nature and do not constitute a legal guarantee of results.

5. Personal Data Processing
In order to comply with the requirements of the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection" as amended on 14.07.2023, your consent is requested for the provision and processing of personal data necessary for the service to perform its functions.
5.1. The User agrees to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for providing the Service's services.
5.2. The Service undertakes not to transfer data to third parties, except in cases provided for by legislation and this agreement.

6. Changes to Terms
6.1. The Service reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The updated version is published on the website or available in the Service interface.

7. Other Conditions
7.1. This agreement is governed by Georgian legislation.
7.2. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations, and if impossible - in court at the place of Service registration.
